The Player further and specifically indemnifies this casino,
its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or
affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs,
expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other
action taken either by or against the Player arising from any and
all interaction with our casino and/or any of its employees,
officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons
or organizations. Such action shall include (but not necessarily be
limited to) any actions that might arise as a result of the
criminalization of online/Internet wagering within the Player's

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Every effort will be made to credit your account with any
promotional points within one business day although normally they
will be there much faster. Promotions that are earned over a time
period such as weekend of monthly bonus' will be awarded within one
business day after the end that time period i.e. on the Monday after
the weekend or on the 1st day of the following month. You are
required to wager the credits placed in your account as well as any
deposit required to earn that bonus a total of five times prior to
any cash-ins. This does not mean that you can't win with your
credits, only that you must wager at least this amount before
cashing in your winnings. The equation you must follow is (Amount
purchased + bonus) x 5 = amount to be wagered before cashing in. Any
promotion that doesn't require a deposit must be wagered five times
before it can be cashed in.
Using the promotional bonus for no risk wagers or to wager on
Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, Sic Bo or Blackjack does not fulfill your
obligation with regard to the total amount wagered prior to cash in.
All promotions can only be claimed once per person,
household, family, household address, email address, credit card
number, or shared computer environment such as a library, workplace,
fraternity, university or school.
You must make a minimum purchase of $20 in order to receive
the free 40% Sign Up Matching Bonus signup. The 40% Matching Sign Up
Bonus is available to all Real Players who have registered with a
credit card. Real Players who register with a PayPal, Firepay or
other similar electronic wallets, are eligible for the 40% Matching
Bonus upon their first purchase once their account has been
verified. The 40% matching bonus is only for new players who opened
their first account after the 24th May 2002 and only applies to the

To earn the Refer a Friend bonus the player you refer must
first satisfy all of the above Promotional Terms and Conditions
including those that relate to earning the sign up bonus and turning

Promotional offers by email are for the intended recipient
only and cannot be transferred. If you are not the intended e-mail
recipient, the offer is null and void.
